Resignation process in TCS
Few days back sent resignation email to hr and manager . After that , hr asked manager to initiate separation, then manager asked whether i am okay with retention process where i "may" get "some" hike. I asked him to continue exit process, then manager initiated seperation process, for that I got email notification, and still approvals are needed for seperation.
HR is not responding quickly, no proper transparent communication, that's why asking here.
Could some one tell, what are the next steps, should i apply anything in ultimatix ?

You can see your LWD in Italent if your level 1 and level 2 supervisors approved.
You will start getting separation emails when you reach to 30 days notice
Email HR if you are 45 days to clear notice period to provide clearance
Nothing needs to be done , within 1 month you will get email from HR specifying your last working day
