Resignation process and notice period
Hi, I have recently been offered a job letter from C DAC Noida as Project Engineer. Should I directly reach to my manager to resign, or connect to HR. Is 3 month notice period accepted by C DAC considering its a govt organisation.

If CDAC is ready to wait for 3 months, then ask them to confirm the email. Now, once CDAC agrees, first speak with your Manager in a 1:1 meeting and let them know your decision. Once the call is done, use the Pi portal and submit your resignation. Happy Resignation.
Thats the catch C DAC wants joining in 1 month, no hr contact in the Offer. Does persistent support early release or notice period buy out.
If you are billable then 99% you have to wait for 3 months. You must take a follow up with your manager to release in one month. I'm pretty sure you will not be released in one month except strong luck.
