Hey folks, I'm planning to put my resignation next week. Could anyone let me know briefly what I need to do first? I heard there's an e-saparation portaI, I don't want any discussion with manager or team lead neither they care so 😂 can I put a mail simply to HR, manager and TL who else I need to include?

How will my team lead come to know?

Just initiate E-separation. It will send automatic mails to HR, Manager and DM. Informing team lead is the responsibility of your manager. If you have a good connection with TL then you can inform him over a separate informal call.

Download payslips and all other necessary documents Go to eSep app and submit with Manager as first approver and DM as second approver
