Resignation process!
Hi All, If anyone of you is in Notice period, then could you please guide us through the resignation process? How to initiate resignation? 90 days will be counted from the day you send email or something? How it is?
If you are in a project just take the release from the project don't give your resignation issue take a release in between 10-15 days then go to RMG they will release from the company in 2-3 days 👍🏻
That's a good idea but you know how the accounts work here in TCS, they won't release you if they need some work from you.
I got pip initiated by corporate. I am at C1Y level.
I got d band without my fault as I was unallocated during the appraisal window so could not initiate appraisal, so without any formal evaluation and formal annual rating i received d band despite my 4 as the anniversary rating.
Now I am concerned about the pip, can I resign during pip. As there would be an assessment plus review. But for assessment I am not provided any idea like what the pattern is, when is the exam, dont have any information about that. So request you to please suggest me like what can be done as there is uncertainty for assessment. I am just concerned about the 10 percent chances of this. Please give suggestions of i resign before assessment, so is it a good idea

Try for another Organisation! As going forward, in whatever project you go, you will be judged based on this d band, and may impact your future aspirations also like promotion or onsite, unless the manager of your upcoming projects are genuine. Or else they will use you, and when it comes to your aspiration they will bring this factor in.
