I had applied for MTech in a Tier 2 college and got admission offer in spot round.Now employer releiving certificate is one of the documents required for admission. But I haven't applied for resignation, so is there any way to get early release? Also if I do not get early release, my college wants a resignation acceptance letter so how do I get that?

HR is processing early release for medical reasons and higher education. Speak with your BUHR and provide admission proof. Shouldn't be much of an hassle. All the best!

Also for early release in caseof higher education, do I need to pay my 3 months salary?

If you are from DCX unit then it's not possible to get the early release.
