Hey hi, I am planning to resign in march 2026. But there is a bonus which gets retention in april 2026. If i resign in march. Still i need to repeat my bonus amount while I'm leaving?

Does anyone have an idea on this. Please respond.

One more point to be noted bonus comes with tax then if incase you pay back you have pay full money it’s loss again

Bonus will gave 24 month lockin period. You have to return bonus if u r leaving before that in wipro
