I'm planning to keep papers , what is the approach for that ?To whom I should connect!
Currently I'm doing poc for one of the project, Will management reduce my notice period. !

Talk to your manager if you had been working under him for long. Search for esep app in infyme and apply for separation there. A shorter notice period requires DM and HR approval. Not very easy. You can use this period to try and get a better offer.
Once , I kept papers ...can I able to withdrawal my papers again within time range of 3 months? Without any legal issues?
You can search for employee seperation in infyme and intitate you e-seperation.
On notice period, it's not possible. But it will completely depends on you manager and competency lead.
