Resignation or Stay till not getting offer
I have been unallocated since 3 months I am reporting to rmg daily on a regular basis. I am not getting calls. Even contacted my rmg but no use. It's just coming and reporting everyday. Please suggest me if I should resign from TCS or should wait till I don't have any offer in hand I am frustrated. Is it fine to leave tcs without any job offer ? I am also applying for jobs in other companies but haven't received any callback yet. Should I wait for calls to come or should I resign ? Please suggest me .
Post on Knowme. In knowme the projects put their openings. Your post is also herd and projects might contact you from there. Second move is bold but if you can find a DL of any unit leaderships then send an email to that DL and they might reach out to you if they have openings. I got onsite through this move 😜
Keep trying for interviews and once get the offer letter then resign
If you have right offer then resign. Don’t wait
Don't resign they might release you early if you resign so in your case change your np status to 1month or less so that you will get calls once you have any offer in hand then only resign
