Resignation on International deputation

Hi TCSers,

What happens if someone resigns while on international deputation such as Canada? Does TCS make the employee serve 3 months notice or the notice period only which is applicable in that respective country like in Canada it’s 2 weeks.

It's on policy of deputation for that country. Before leaving for canade they will make you sign policy documents and agreements which will mention the exact process and duration of resignation in host country. Else you can check the deputation policy for respective country in my HR in ultimatix.
