Resignation On Bench

Hi, I have completed 4 years in TCS and getting released on 28th of Feb. Currently on job hunt but haven't received any offer. I want to resign on bench ,but also fear that it may result in early release and I won't get 3 months to serve,I have heard few instances.

Do we get to serve notice Period on bench or HR will schedule early release

Hi, please get the offer First, after you can ask for an early release. You mention that I don't want to go to any other projects as I am in notice period. Make a request for early release
