“What if I resign while being on the bench? I was promoted from PA to Associate in October 2025. I will be on the bench starting 2nd February 2026, and I want to resign. What will be my last working day, and should I expect three months’ salary along with the incentive bonus, or will it be an exit from Cognizant without incentive bonus and salary?”
