Resignation on bench

I am on bench from 18 August and put my paper on 28 August.

So how much time TCS will take to release me from the organization?

  1. If I get the early release will they provide me the 3 months salary. or what will be the case?

Please suggest me if anyone from HR

No you won't get 3 months salary if they release you early as you have resigned by yourself and its not forced resignation.

Ye but as you are on bench and you have chosen to resign to no 3 months salary for early release

If you are on the bench, there is no notice period now, they will release you within a maximum of one week. But if you resign on your own, you won’t get 3 months’ salary. If they force you to resign, then they will give you 3 months’ salary.
