Resignation: No one is responding!
I put my resignation on 10th and same evening I received a call from manager to ask 'why' and to 'convince' to stay. He said I can take my time and reply on Monday. I messaged back within 30 minutes my decision is final and to start my notice period.
Post that, there hasn't been any communication. On 15th, I included HR also in mail thread, who I smh missed earlier, and specifically asked to share acceptance/acknowledgement.
I haven't received any response whatsoever so far.
Do I need their written acceptance or something? What should I do now?
No Need bro @CrispCheetah .. Go to italent in Ultimatix and see if your notice period is started or not.. You wont get any initiation mail for it... But after a month or so when your HR will acknowledge it .. you will get one.. acknowledgement mail... But your Last would be the one defined by you in the Resignation Email. Do not do unnecessary Emails... if its not showing then you can ask them.

@CrispCheetah i also got to know this recently only.. but it works and this is the correct way.
Remind again and the ln loop Reporting leaders and if still non responsive, further escalate.
Keep these copies with you..
