Resignation - Need advice

Landed a new Project with the most Toxic Manager. Forcing to report to office even though there is no ODC and work 11 hours. Rude and arrogant behavior every single day, no respect. All team works from home but wants me to work from office. I want to resign immediately but currently no offer and cant wait another day under this Manager. Manager has good connect with higher management and they are of no help too. Very much frustrated need Guidance please.

12 yrs and 5 in TCS. He blatantly lies all are coming to office but all my team mates are wfh. Management supports saying manager can decide. Its getting toxic day by day.

Raised to HR abd now he has made it personal. Its more of an ego battle for him aa he has been in organisation for 2 decades.

Take random sick leaves. And if possible get a medical document made to take few days off. Quote medical reasons for wfh and parallelly look for other job. If you are there in same project for more than 3 years then as per tcs hr policy (available in ultimatix) named as workforce fluidity you can ask for project release to HR citing learning opportunities and career growth.

True but we are not slaves that these people can behave like this

Don’t resign unless you have an offer in hand
You will regret and face mental issues if you resign and later don’t end up being employed. Not receiving salary every month will make you go crazy

In such scenario, you start looking for another job and till the time try to maintain your work life balance.

One thing remember, do what ever you want but don't play with company policy/compliance.
