Resignation Mail!!
Hello All,
I got an offer from a company and would like to submit resignation in Tcs. Who should I keep in mail (To and cc) and what should I mention in the mail. Please help me!!
It should be addressed to your manager keeping HR in cc. Keep it simple if you don't have too many things to write in mail, then just mention this-
I'm writing to notify you of my resignation from my position as <<your current role >>. After much consideration, I've made the difficult decision to resign due to a job offer from another company. My last day with Corporate Strategies will be << last working date>>. I've greatly enjoyed my time working with << company name >> for the past << number of years in current company >> years. Thank you so much for the opportunity and support to succeed in my position.
At the place of corporate strategies it should be your current company name
