Resignation mail

Just based on experience I'm saying, not all Rmgs

Rmgs only work is dragging people into despair as much as they can. Bcoz they suffered they want everyone to suffer. Tragically, it's the freshers who become their easy targets.

I don't think any help can come from RMgs.

I too resigned in June and shared mail by looping my manager and HR(what is found in My IOU). My manager looped few more from current project and they replied on it in 2 days. Also they themselves initiated the resignation in portal within week and I got my confirmation on personal mail. If you don’t loop your manager or HR in it, check the details and add them. Don’t worry your notice period will start from the day on which you resigned.

I have looped my hr too in the mail.
