I have joined accenture in september last year. But cant stay here any more due to tha toxic culture in my team. If I will submit my paper before 1 year do I need to return the joining bonus because when I will leave the organization its will be more that 1 year
Stop working and make you Manager life hell,they will ask you to resign and will give 3 month salary as well
Yes, if you are resigning with in one year of your joining then you need to return the joining bonus. Hope your probation period is over so you also need to serve the full notice period
Probation is completed already its been 11 months here. But the exp in accneture is like hell. worst culture

Same here. Even I don’t want to stay. I want to leave now only but not able to because of the joining bonus
Do check offer letter, check what amount you will need to pay, calculate if that amount is justified for your freedom and new opportunities you will get. And then decide to resign now or a bit later.
Check for probation period on ur offer letter.Based on that u can drop ur papers
