Resignation || iTalent

What is the next step after HR clearance. In iTalent it says "notify So/Co to complete the clearance process". What is this? whom to connect for this? Separation HR is not replying for my mail?

No need to connect to anyone for this. It’s Separation HR’s duty to get those clearance and this usually gets done in the last 10-15 days of your notice period.

My LWD is 6 feb. She is not even replying to my mail. When I asked her face to face she replied rudely in ofc.
