Resignation in Tcs
So, I have resigned from Tcs last week, and my friend has resigned a month ago, but for him still they have not given the Last working in a mail, but have sent the last working day in teams chat, and if he ask HR , he tells to contact manager and if we contact manager he is asking to contact HR , can I know the complete resignation process, like when we will the get the last working day, and the Exit Hr rules and the document submission ect, and will the resignation be smooth ??

Yahin pe Last Working Date (LWD) mentioned hoti hai (approved hone ke baad)
Check on the iseperation portal buddy. A automatic mail will get triggered once HRBP clearance. Just sit relax no you have to do nothing. They will connect with you to do the formalities and they can't extend your Np even one day.
