Resignation in TCC

Who all can in loop in email while resigning apart from Supervisor and HR? I want some suggestions since I want Higher management to know the exact reason why I am resigning.

I think it's better to leave silently and don't burn all bridges. You can play mind games and not work at all..that's ok but by doing above only you will be pulling tension your side only. They only work by rules and policies, they are not human beings.
