Hi People,

Due to health issues i wouldnt able to.concentrate on work and it reduced my performance. I hardly managed to balance work and health. Due to this my manager forcibly landed me in pip. Its affecting my morality and disrespect. They didnt even understand an pinpointing me towards pip. Im planning to resign. Is the resignation approach goes well when im in pip ? Any suggestions please how to overcome this stress and im feeling de motivated

Yes no worries. They might even offer you to go out of organisation early and not serve 3 months notice if you resign while in PIP

If you say you want to serve notice period you have to serve it and get all pay. In a few cases they do offer the employee an option to get 3 months pay and leave ASAP, depends on your luck
