If we put papers in March 1st week, LWD would be around June 1st week. So my question is will we get that variable pay or not. When variable pay percentage would be locked?

They are so mean we cannot trust them at all it all depends on on them, i too pust my papers on 1st week of September, they gave me 0% variable pay. We really cannot trust them. I am not sure if i can raise this concern with anyone
