Resignation in childcare leave

I am in 30days of childcare leave (lwp) currently. If I resign now, do I get exit early or join back and then only my resignation accepts? Ki dly share inputs, as I need to move back to home town. I am unable to manage kids and also I can look after my single mother.

Same opinion. But want to stay with my mother. And unable to manage 90 days np.

I will try for small job in my home town instead of sitting ideal. But want to go home as early as possible. Here I can't go to office daily and sit for 7 hours where I am not getting any approvals for WFH.
