Resignation in 1st year of service in TCS

I have joined TCS in sept, and it's been 4 months approx till today. So if I wish to give resignation then what will be the procedure?

Also I am aware that I have to pay 50k for their bond break of service, so i want to know whether I have to serve 3 months of service period as well with giving 50k or not?
