Resignation from tcs
I am going to resign on 1june, ive 25 EL, does anybody knows if I can adjust those leaves in notice period and I want to out reason on management for resignation so would that affect them , i want to make impact on 5he management
Tbh, there's nothing you can do that'll affect the management. Nothing. Just like your evaluation was part of the reason why you were selected, your reason for resignation and exit interview will be the reason why you're let go gracefully. It doesn't matter what you've been through, there's someone out there who's been through more in TCS and yet is silently going through more, or planning a graceful escape. Trust me, it's not worth it. While leaving, pretend like this was the best company you could've worked for, pretend, that's all it's gonna take for 90 days.

I understand you are a fresher.. I know you may sometimes feel powerless.. but take a deep breath and ask "do you have anything to gain?" Or "what if I need them in the near future??"
The point I am trying to make is that there have been many many ppl who went through the same and wanted management to be accountable.. But NOTHING CHANGED.. Especially in this market scenario, be DIPLOMATIC and don't burn the BRIDGE you may need to cross in the FUTURE..
The fact that you are asking here in the portal says a LOT about your ODC social circle..
