
Resignation from TCS
Hi,
I am going to resign from TCS in a few days. I have some doubts on the below points: a) Is it possible to get an early release? What strategy should be used to get an early release? b) Can we take Sick Leaves/Casual Leaves/WFO exception during notice period? c) Is it mandatory to serve 9 hrs in the office? d) I did not transfer PF from my previous organisation so the amount is still present in EPFO and the PF deducted in TCS gets accumulated in TCS PF account, so what procedure shall I follow, do I first transfer my PF into TCS PF account or I shall transfer from TCS PF account into EPFO and then link with my new organisation?
Please share your suggestions on above points.

A) manager's decision b) only sick leave allowed if u take any other leave ur last day might extend c) not required just clock 3-5 and do ur regular work as usual d) pf transfer and pf witdrawal forms will be provided by ur separation hr before one month of ur last day

Thank you for your response. But regarding my case where my previous company PF is there in EPFO linked with my UAN and currently TCS PF account is separate and the new company will also use a new PF account which will get linked to UAN. Also how much time does it take for PF transfer from TCS?

Mostly they will release asap once you resign and don't have any dependency
