Trending @Infosys; Resignation doubts

I've put in my resignation and currently in notice period. Now my DM who's also my supervisor comes to me and says that there are complaints regarding my availability. Like bro, I'm in notice period please keep it in mind.

So here's my question : What actions can the DM take if I don't work or deliver tickets? Is there any slight chances that Infy may try to play with the relieving letter? Or like what's the worse that can happen?

Experienced folks let me know. Managers- you can ignore this because almost all of the Managers are toxic over here at infy. So sip your coffee and be more toxic.

Don't get me wrong but I've had faced 2 managers and both of them were equally toxic. So, naturally the perception that have got built over the time is really bad.

If u are on resign he just have 2 things in his hand ..

  1. Good feedback to HR for retention hike
  2. Early release ..

If you dont have issue serving 90 days notice period then chilll.....

DM can't extend you notice period beyond 3 months if leaves are not taken or approved any leaves. Ask for release from project if they are unsatisfactory.

Well I've taken some leaves in my notice period. So in that case there's a chance that DM can extend NP?

Just try to come out of it in a proper way NP they can't extend but at the time of relieving we may need their support they can delay and in the last minute hurry why u wanna mess up things
