Resignation
Hi team, I resigned for TCS because of I recently released from my past project and after that I attempted internal project evaluation and got selected and given consent but unfortunately RMG tagged me for some other project. Now the project manager and HR harassing me to report forcefully from 2 weeks. Last week HR asked me to meet him and I met him and he forced me to reply the mail as ready to report for the project by Monday. But that manager personally targeted me because I didn’t report to the project from 2 weeks. If I agreed to report for that project then that manager definitely will continue this anger on me. So, I given my resignation. For that project I didn’t given any evaluation internally or client side, as I resigned to the TCS, the project still consider me for their allocation or I can release again?
No need to worry just attend office daily and ignore what shit is manager doing and just act to do work but delay everything with explanation that i didn't understand the concept and start applying outside they have wrong assumption that they are god show them mirror
Since you have resigned and you had not appeared for client interview then they will not bother about you. Also they will not consider you for retention. Use this time to up skill and get other offers
You should escalate this issue to higher authorities like the Head of HR or ethics and compliance. Document everything and stay professional. This might help you get a fair resolution.
Same happened with me but till now i didn't resigned yet. I cleared technical evaluation for other project which i wanted to join but rmg locked me to other project and now not releasing me.
