Resignation before LERF approval

Hi All, Suppose if we resign before LERF gets approved, then will the RMG release me immediately or do I still need to serve NP of 3 months

If someone is gonna submit LERF, then obviously he/she should be long leave or bench.. how they will be allocated to project

You will get releases instantly... as you are currently not a part of any project..and you are not a critical resource to anyone... LERF process will be stopped at an instant... once they receive ur email.. Just dont show them you are in a hurry to leave.. otherwise u know what would happen
