Resignation Back Query

I have 10 plus years of experience.If I put my papers to explore the opportunities around without having any offer in hand and In case I don't get suitable offer and I want to take my papers back after 2.5 months of serving notice period..Is it fine? If YES and I take my resignation back at this point then do I need to continue in the same account or I will be with RMG and I need to search new project. How it will be?Thank you
