Resignation and WFH for 90 days

C1 grade, thinking to put paper and trying to search outside, and I'm thinking to do work from home (WFH) for 90 days , as I'm will get a lot of time in studying and also I can attend interview, but what will be impact if I did not visit office, will there be any problem in the exit process, I am worried if they is something.
