Do CTS pay the pending variable amount if I resign or move out before March where it pays you the variable amount

They probably will not give that. Any excuse to not give the owed money to employees they will use.

Where CTS call it as Bonus 😂😂😂😂😂, they give you the variable pay which is less as mentioned in our ctc letter
