Suppose if I resign while I am on bench before HR asks me to resign or terminate, will I get severance pay and early release?

You will get early release within maximum 2 weeks and pay for your earn leaves which are remaining

Only will get paid for earned leaves ?? Not for any other leaves that carry forwards
