Resignation and Retention

Hi All,

I have 4.2 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain with TCS, currently earning a CTC of 8.5 LPA. Recently, I received an offer from an MNC with a 40% salary hike. After submitting my resignation, my manager has expressed interest in retaining me by matching the offer provided by the new company.

I would appreciate your advice on how to make the best decision in this situation.
