Resignation & PF doubt
Hi folks,
I have resigned TCS and 14 April is my last day. I have doubts regarding PF
-
Can I withdraw PF after Full & final settlement whenever I want and if yes then what is the procedure
-
Currently I am not gonna join any company but in future if I join other company then do I need to Ask TCS to transfer my PF or I own can do it.
P.S : This is my 1st switch so not fully aware about this PF process.

If you are unemployed for 2 months then you can withdraw entire PF. Else you can only do partial based on criteria provided by government.
To transfer PF from one company to another, you need to raise a request in epfo portal. Select either current or previous employer to process it.
Within 3 month of release date If I won't withdraw and not join any other organization then TCS will own transfer my PF to my account Right? As per PF undertaking form . If yes then will they transfer entire amount or we can choose the amount
I don't think they transfer by themselves.

Are its fucking easy
Go to ultimatix
Search for option pf withdrowl
In that select option family member illness option
Put max amount like you want withdraw like 1L or more
App will through an error with max withdraw limit
Enter that amount and cash your money 😁 honey.
