Hi i have received confirmation mail on previous week from IJP that have been promoted to Test lead . Though i have-not received compensation yet.

In between if i resign will still i receive Compensation letter?

Please help

Nope even if you get compensation. I guess next company must atleast check 2-3 months salary. Have heard it not sure though
