Resignation advice

Hello All, I require your advice.

I have received an offer from Accenture for Senior Analyst position and I am in notice period in TCS.

  1. I missed to upload documents on Accenture portal, and they are not responding now.

  2. I was in support project in TCS but I cleared interview for development project in Accenture for Senior developer role. So, I am not confident that I will be able to complete user stories on time in Accenture.

  3. Around 65% hike is given by Accenture, but I am not getting confident that I will be able to development.

Technology - python, ML, IoT( completely new).

Should I revoke my resignation from TCS?

  1. Joining date in Accenture is 25sept but release from TCS will be on 3rd October

You are more stronger than you think you are...Learn the mindset of I will face whatever will happen.. and I will learn.❤️ ... You will thank me a year later...It always seems tough untill its done.

Why revoke? I feel the role may be a good thing for you and if you spend the hours, possible to cope with the new role

Why not manage the exit date or talk to Accenture HR so that this gets sorted
