My next employer is asking for Resignation Acceptance Mail with LWD mentioned in it. But the Resignation Acceptance Mail I have received doesn’t have LWD mentioned. Upon checking with my case manager, he says the LWD mentioned in the portal should be submitted as a screenshot and nothing will be mentioned in the mail.

Is this legit?

Because Infosys is very strict that they need the LWD in the Mail.

You try to download exit portal mail which you have received regarding resignation acceptance, and then attach it. This has worked for me on infosys launchpad

I did the same. It got rejected actually.

Then you just let them know that this is only what you get and actual acceptance mail will be received only before 10 days, just keep everything documented and loop your recruiter as well

Official resignation acceptance mail will be sent by Accenture having such details 10 days before LWD.

Screenshot from exit portal is not accepted in Infosys Launchpad as a proof
