In how many days we can get LWD and resignation acceptance email in TCS. Also, how we can check if the resignation procedure is initiated by our supervisor or not?

The official process takes about 1 month. However you can check with HR and just ask them to send mail for release date which you can show to other employees. You can track progress in ultimatix->italent
