Hii everyone, I submitted my resignation this week and I work for a client and I am a critical resource for client (as told by my team 😀) . In resignation call my HR told me that she can talk with my manger and match your offer CTC , My question is should I stay if they match it , will there be any issue once my project gets completed and client will release me.

If u are a critical resource and they r willing to retain u why will they release u so easily? Besides if u r happy with the project n team currently and are also getting the same offer here I believe it's better to stay. Or mayb u can try negotiate a better offer from the other company?

Someday the client will release even if you are critical

If it's a client incentive component which they r increasing then obviously that's no hike in ur CTC and u should switch.

If you stay, someday you will be very expensive compared to your peers, so better to leave
