Trending @Wipro; Resignation acceptance
After we put resignation into wipro dot portal, is there any need from manager or HR to accept it? Do we get any email notification about acceptance of our resignation? Please let me know
Hi @sfdcguru , I have talked to HR and he accepted it orally. And, currently I am in bench. He told that I have to serve notice period of 90 days as of now. And also told, if I want to rethink of cancelling the resignation, ping me. Whether to send any email to HR to get the acceptance of this ? Any idea about buyout option for notice period as he was mentioning.
Just tell him that if you are on bench then it doesn’t make any sense to serve 90 days notice period and even they won’t pay you. So tell him for early release.
I don’t have any idea about buyout. You can drop him an email to accept the resignation in system. But before that do negotiations about early release and last working day
Hi @sfdcguru , I too have put resignation in wipro dot portal just two days before. And, I have connected with my manager. I also have formally drafted a mail and send to manager with cc to HR. After that, I have been released from non billable status to free. Whether HR will connect with me or I have to chase them as no response from them till now. Could you please advice ?
Will the manager and HR not reach us?? Even I have not gotten any response from them. The status of my employment alone has been changed from Billable to non Billable. Should I speak about this to someone?? If yes, then whom should I speak to?
When you have applied for resignation ? Same here. No response from HR after pinging him .Talk to HR and manager.
Ideally they should but if they dont then drop an email to HR and make sure you copy his manager into same email and ask him to accept your resignation from their end. Once he do so you will receive resignation acceptance email from system.
