Resignation acceptance

I am currently serving notice period. It has been almost a month. The new company is asking for a resignation acceptance email. But I have not received any such email only the acknowledgement email. What should I do?

I have heard acceptance email is provided only 1-2week before LWD.

I got acceptance mail the day I put my papers. I think it depends on your hr.

You can take screenshot from italent there it shows DATE OF RELEASE and share it with your new xompany
