Resignation acceptance
It has been 40 days since I resigned but I didn't get any system generated email. I am trying to connect with my HR but she is not replying. I don't have access to iTalent and nothing in my workflow. I connected with my manager they said they have initiated process from there side. I don't know what to do as I needed resignation acceptance email.
It seems like its the Story of Every TCSer.. But you should do this basic thing works everytime.. Daily Send an email on top of the previous one to your HR regarding your issue.. After one week include a person above him/her . and then keep sending it daily for 3-4 days . It will surely work in this step and if it does not . Than Add one person above as well.. Tried and Tested method😂😂 . You can even include your manager if you have good relations with him.
I'm in the same position, my manager is the only POC. my LWD is 29th March,I don't know if it's too early to worry. My manager is saying that they are trying to retain me but besides the acknowledgement mail, I have not received any further communication from HR or the management. I don't know whom to talk to and settle this out.
Mine is 31st March. Last time when I connected with my HR she said she will send it by end of January but yet I have not received it. I don't know with whom should I connect.
You will receive it one month prior to your last working day.
Not initiating a separation is a Non Compliance so the HR will ensure separation initiation by supervisor in system.
