Resignation

If you are on bench then they are considering for early relieve. If you are allocated to billable position then no chance of early release. You have to serve notice period.

In worst case of HR and project agrees to release you early then you have to buy out the notice.

Hey I have put resignation mail today since I have got offer from another company after trying for almost 5 months . I have joining in other company on 24th June . I am unallocated and on bench now. Is it possible to get early release. I will lose the offer letter also if i don't get early release.
