Is it ok to resign without having any other offer in hand?🤔
in the end its your choice and your life, but i would say do not take impulsive decisions. Current market scenario is not good, you may not get a job in these 3 months and would then have to be on the mercy of your tcs manager.
withdrawing my resignation would totally depend on my tcs manager?
usually managers are the ones to approve the resignation withdrawal in every organisation. If you resign in bad terms, your manager may not approve the withdrawal. Remember TCS does not have a dedicated portal for resignation and withdrawal of resignation. everything goes through the manager and HR.
I did it when i was in Capgemini precovid time, that time i was confident that I had enough talent to get a new job. so by luck or my work i got an offer when the notice period was close to 1 month. keep on mind there will be less calls when the notice period is more than one month.
be prepared for it - build a fund to sustain yourself with zero income for 6 months at the least.ideally 1 year.
