Hello Everyone,

If I resign from TCS and decided to take back the resignation (without retention) Can I ask for release from the current project and join other project?

You can reach out to rmg head and you can say that if I get released from this account I will revoke my resignation because he and manager won't help u at any time

Rather my suggestion would be to negotiate with RMG and HR. Tell your aspirations and give written mail to them that if you are provided the aspired role job area you would continue with the organization.

Yes they will not release you, instead they will tag you to the same project you came from.
