What if we resign and lets suppose we couldn’t get any offer while serving notice period. so in last 10-15 days of notice period can we take back our resignation ? how it will impact ?
In certain projects, people who had resign and searching for jobs.... when they didn't get any offer by the 2nd month, they tried to withdraw the resignation but the management didn't allow them to revoke.... such a nonsense project I have work for in Capgemini, cannot think of it is a part of Capgemini. Capgemini doesn't inherit such malpractices we all know..... As for grapevine Policy barriers, cannot share the names of the projects and the worst management.
You can take back resignation till last day but it has to be approved by BUHR in consultation with BU Head, so there is a catch.
Yes after resigning, you can withdraw ur resignation till the last working day.
The withdraw option will be visible in the portal only after u submit ur resignation.
