I got the release from the project. I will be on freepool from Aug 2nd. If I resign now when they releave me.
If you got any offer and your query related to early release then You will get released in 1 or 2 days* if you completely got released from the current project, In Dec2023 when my last project ends at that time we all from the team got released and same time 1 of my colleagues got released within 2 days only after negotiating with manager. In my case I got another project in jan2024 but I got an offer as well so I dropped paper and even in my offer letter it is 90 days but I have negotiated and got released in 60 days Only.

No point of resigning on bench as you get paid for the time ..make sure u update your efforts ..only resign if u have got a job
no once you are officially bench after that ut you are on paper and if you are not able get another project then you will be on LOP after 45 days , but if you are already on paper and you are released from project you will be allowed to serve 90 days notice periode without any LOP and all
once you are being released from project then from that date calculate 15 days , that will be your grace periode , once that 15 days complete then only you will be on bench officially and from that point of day after 15 days of grace periode you will be provided with 45 fays target to get project , and after that LOP starts …
You can refer to your appointment letter in which it is mentioned that the notice period is for what duration.
I guess no matter what the notice period is 90 days
I have asked the HR who was on my PSP page . He replied he even dont know who are handling bench people . so no clarity on relieveing date.
Same doubt i do have. If anyone knows please let us know
