Is there is cooling time for resignation after withdrawal last resignation?

On resignation withdrawal what all gets reset? , like leaves ? Any salary component? Or anything other ?

One thing I know is you cannot take leaves. Because for all the leaves you will be compensated except for sick.. which you can take during notice period
