Resign immediatly. Wipro is a big name and lead role B2 is a great oppertunity. Dont overthink, take the leap.

Usually B3 ppl gets the lead role. B2 is for sr project engineer

B2 lead is jothing that great. Get into some good product based companies. Wipro is very static and more stagnant. And don't expect any promotion.
